Intending registrants who do not wish to join the Consortium can access the data by purchasing a Letter of Access. Following the signature of the agreement and upon receipt of the corresponding invoice issued by the Consortium Secretariat, the Legal entity will be invited to pay the fee preferably in one payment in the month following the date of signature of the present Agreement. Optionally, on specific request, it may be accepted to fraction the payment in two instalments:

• 50% in the month following the date of signature of the present agreement, and
• 50%, at the latest, about six months before the dossier submission deadline

The Letter of Access shall state that the Legal entity has the right to cite or to refer ('right of referral') to the Dossier prepared by the Consortium in support of the registration under the REACH Regulation of the concerned substance. The Letter of Access shall cover any updates of the Dossier made by the Consortium.

• Information necessary for additional exposure scenario according to requirements in REACH Regulation and information necessary for inclusion in the Safety Data Sheets
• Full list of identified uses for the substance according to what is known by the Consortium

Cadmium metal

In the minimal tonnage band, applicable in this Consortium (f.i. 1 - 4.99 t/y), the fee for the LoA is fixed at

• 27.000 € when required for referral at the registration deadline of November 2010;
• 18.000 € when required for referral at the registration deadline of May 2013;
• 9.000 € when required for referral at the registration deadline of May 2018.

For higher tonnage bands, a multiplication will be applied to this minimal price:

• 5.0 to 24.99 t/y > x 1.33;
• 25.0 to 124.99 t/y > x 1.67;
• 125.0 to 499.99 t/y > x 2.00;
• Equal and above 500.0 t/y > x 2.67.

Cadmium compounds

In the minimal tonnage band applicable in this Consortium, (f.i. 1 - 24.99 t/y), the fee for the LoA is fixed at

• 10.000 € when required for referral at the registration deadline of November 2010;
• 6.000 € when required for referral at the registration deadline of May 2013;
• 3.000 € when required for referral at the registration deadline of May 2018.

For higher tonnage bands, a multiplication will be applied to this minimal price:

• From 25.0 to 199.99 t/y > x 1.67;
• From 200 to 999.99 t/y > x 3.00;
• From 1000.00 to 2999.99 t/y > x 4.00;
• Above 3000.00 t/y > x 5.00.

Cadmium Intermediate

The fee for the LoA is fixed at 8000.00 € for > 1000 t/y and 5000 €for < 1000 t/y.
